If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Vyapto Foods does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled only before packing or dispatch.

Food products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Replacements or refunds may be provided for damaged, incorrect, missing, expired or tampered products.

All such requests are governed by our Return, Replacement, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
